Protect

You can protect important recordings from accidental erasure. 
The protected videos and photos can not be deleted unless you 
format the memory card or cancel the protection.

Insert a memory card.

Select the video playback mode or photo playback mode.

Touch the file you want to protect.

Touch the MENU ( 

 )  tab 

p Touch the desired item next to 

“Protect”.

OFF: Turns off protection on protected image.
ON( 

 ): Protects the selected image.

You can operate this function in the full and single image display 
mode only.
If the write protection tab on the memory card is set to lock, you 
cannot apply this function.
