W hen measuring the input or output voltage ripple, care must be
taken to avoid a long ground lead on the oscilloscope probe. M easure the

VCC or VO UT and G ND terminals. See Figure 2 for proper scope probe

Place jumpers and load settings in the follow ing posi-

JP2 (RUN400A) = O N

modes to Burst mode, VO U T 600A to 1.82V, VO U T
600B to 3.3V, VO U T 400A to 1.51V and VO U T 400B to

1.2V. Set all loads to 50mA. Check Auto U pdate but-
