Purpose
Selects or resets expanded (double wide) print.
where:
if
n = 1, 3, 5... (any odd value) expanded print is selected
if
n = 0, 2, 4... (any even value) expanded print is reset
Comment
When expanded print using ESC W is received, all characters
are printed double wide until reset by the expanded print reset
control code or DC4.
