Turns on 9-pin bit image graphics mode.

m defines the plot density as shown in Table 42 on page 185.

n1 + 256n2) = The total number of columns.

This mode requires two bytes of graphic data for every column of
print. Each column is sent as a pair:

d1, d3, ... d(k-1) set the top

8 bits of a normal dot column, just like ESC K;

d2, d4, ... dk set

the ninth dot in the column (the most significant bit) just below
the bottom-most dot of columns

d1, d3, ... d(k-1).
