Special port mode commands are accessible using the escape sequence 
after you have attached to a serial port. The 

 command 

detaches from the serial port and returns to the CLI or closes a direct Telnet 
or SSH session.

All port mode commands are preceded by the escape sequence. The 
default is 

 (CTRL +E, then c) followed by one of the port mode 

commands from the table below. The 

 command displays all available 

commands, which are listed in the table.
