Slide the Mode Switch and select the Video Mode.   
Press Shutter/OK button for confirmation. 

To press Menu Button for modes setting, press Menu

1.  Under Video Mode.

  to select 320x240/ 640x480 movie 

format you want to change. 

4. Press    for next mode setting or press Menu Button
