You cannot enter data properly
When you tap a button or screen icon, your CLIÉ handheld 
activates the wrong features
B The digitizer is not correctly calibrated.
Set the calibration properly in the 
Digitizer Preferences
 screen from

B Your CLIÉ handheld may not be able to recognize your tapping properly 
if a liquid crystal protection sheet is attached on the screen.
You cannot display the menu when you tap the menu icon
B Some applications or screens do not have the menu feature. Try with 
another application.
Your CLIÉ handheld does not recognize your handwriting 
characters
B You need to use Graffiti
®
 writing for your CLIÉ handheld to recognize 
your handwriting characters.

B Make sure to enter the Graffiti strokes in the Graffiti writing area.
B Make sure to enter the Graffiti strokes for characters on the left side of the 
Graffiti writing area and for numbers on the right side of the same area.
B Make sure that Graffiti

 writing has not shifted into the symbol or 
punctuation mode.
