9.4.1 Reprocessing legitimate emails that fail
If a large number of legitimate emails are being moved to the failedmails folder, it is

1. Change the extension of .TXT files in the failedmails folder to .EML.
2. Move renamed files to the following folder:
<drive>\Program Files\Microsoft\Exchange Server\TransportRoles\Replay
