• You can use only a CompactFlash compatible card in the CF card slot. Do 

not use any other card in your CLIÉ handheld, since this may damage CLIÉ 
handheld and CF card slot.
In particular, do not use a different shaped terminal with your CLIÉ 
handheld, since this may damage the CF card slot.

• If your CLIÉ handheld is not working properly, turn off your CLIÉ handheld 

and then remove the CF card. Insert the CF card again.

• Depending on the CF card and Internet Service Provider (ISP) that you are 

using, there may be some data network services that cannot be used. For 
details, refer to the operating instructions of your CF card or contact your 
ISP.
