LED monitor with PowerSensor
P-line 21.5"/54.6 cm

PowerSensor
PowerSensor is a built-in 'people sensor' that
transmits and receives harmless infrared
signals to determine if user is present and
automatically reduces monitor brightness
when user steps away from the desk, cutting
energy costs by up to 80 percent and
prolonging monitor life.
LED technology
White LED's are solid state devices which light
up to full, consistent brightness faster saving
startup time. LED's are free from mercury
content, which allows for eco-friendly
recycling and disposal process. LED's allow for
better dimming control of the LCD backlight,
resulting in a super high contrast ratio. It also
gives superior colour reproduction thanks to
consistent brightness across the screen.
DisplayPort
DisplayPort is a direct drive digital link with a
two-way connection from PC to Monitor
without any conversion. With higher
capabilities than DVI standard, it is fully capable
of supporting up to 15 metre cables and 10.8
Gbps/sec data transfer. With this high
performance and zero latency, you get the
fastest imaging and refresh rates - making
DisplayPort the best choice for not only
general office or home use, but also for
demanding 3D gaming and movies, video
editing and more. It also keeps interoperability
in mind via use of various adapters.
EPEAT Gold
Philips EPEAT GOLD certified monitors
ensure protection for human health and the
environment, and are highly energy efficient
ensuring low emissions of climate changing
green house gases. The EPEAT programme
helps purchasers evaluate, compare and select
Monitors based on 51 environmental criteria
supported by the US EPA. GOLD certification
ensures that at least 30% of plastic used is Post
Consumer Resin, which ensures reduction in
the use of toxic and hazardous materials.
EPEAT Gold is valid only where Philips
registers the product. Please visit
www.epeat.net for the registration status in
your country.
Zero Switch
In line with Philips' commitment to "Sense and
Simplicity" we enable you to make a
responsible choice to switch OFF your
monitor at any given time. At the touch of a
single ON/OFF button which is conveniently
located at the back of the monitor, the
monitors' energy consumption is reduced to
Zero. In the OFF mode, the monitor is
completely cut off from AC power and thereby
reducing your carbon footprint even further.
ScreenRotate
ScreenRotate makes it possible to use a
monitor in either the landscape or portrait
mode; to change orientation for a better view
of a selected document or image, the monitor
is rotated to the desired orientation.
130 mm height adjustment
The Super Ergo Base is a 'people friendly'
Philips monitor base that not only tilts and
swivels, but is also height adjustable and pivots
90 degrees, so that each user can adjust the
monitor to their personal preference for
maximum viewing comfort and efficiency.

requirements than the monitor USB Hub can
provide.
