Hyperextension:
A variation can include a slight twist to each side when fully extended to work your obliques.   
Jump Ups:
A variation can include stepping up one foot at a time and then stepping back down to the 
ground completing one set. 
Lunge Squats:
A variation can include squatting down, resting for one count, then squatting a little lower, 
resting for one count then going back up to starting position.
