Heart rate and SmartRate

features are available when you wear
the chest strap or grasp both touch-sensitive grips. When a
heartbeat is detected, the HEART RATE display shows your heart
rate and, if your age has been entered, the SmartRate LED blinks
and indicates your target zone.
