9. Check the airflow switch operation by opening 
the lint panel; be sure to remove shipping tape 
from airflow switch prior to operation. Refer to 
Figure 21 and Figure 22. The heating systems 
should shut off when the lint panel is opened a 
maximum of 6 inches (152.4 mm). The airflow 
switch operation may be affected by lack of 
make-up air or an obstruction in the exhaust duct. 
These should be checked; if there is a problem 
contact an authorized service person.
10. Wipe out the cylinder using an all-purpose 
cleaner or detergent and water solution.
If tumbler does not meet any of the above 
requirements, remove tumbler from service. Refer to 
Removing Tumbler from Service Section.
Required for CE Marked Models
Once machine is installed, please be sure to complete 
the following items:
Review and verify machine operation with 
customer.
Leave Operating Instructions and a signed 
Declaration of Conformity with customer.
Review machine warranty information with 
customer.
Apply warning sticker on front panel of machine, 
in language appropriate to country of sale (found 
in literature packet).
The tumbler must not be operated if the 
airflow switch does not operate properly. 
Faulty airflow switch operation may cause 
an explosive gas mixture to collect in the 
tumbler.
