• Check resistance of fan
   motor winding.   

• Check fan motor capacitor

• Check continuity between
   terminals on the compressor 
   motor magnetic contactor.

• Check fan rotation.
   Rotate the fan gently once
   or twice by hand.

• Check fan casing
  for foreign matter
  on the inside.

Remove foreign 
matter or repair.

Repair or replace.

Fan cannot 
be rotated.

• Fan motor burnout
  or foreign matter
  in bearing.

• Check compressor motor capacitor.
