DESCRIPTION:
An adjustable recessed fixture
suitable for multiple downlighting
applications with one point of elec-
trical entry. Mixes the use of metal
halide lamps with fluorescent
lamps. Powder coat finish on hous-
ing & lamp assembly.
CONSTRUCTION:
Housing, Plaster Frame & Trim
Assembly: 18 gauge CRS. J-Box
Assembly:  16 gauge CRS (galva-
nized). Fixture is offered with a .75”
ceiling trim or as a trimless fixture.
Can accommodate 0.50” to 1.00”
ceiling thickness.
LAMP ASSEMBLY:
Two T4 G8.5 Metal Halide lamp
cells with two fluorescent lamp
cells . Can accept up to two optical
accessories. 380º x 45º locking
lamp adjustment. Provides 45º
visual cut-off. Utilizes a sophisti-
cated all aluminum reflector with
distributions of 15º, 27º and 55º
spreads.
SYSTEM PROTECTION:
Thermal protection provided to
guard against overheating, and
misuse of insulation over and
around fixture. Vent holes in hous-
ing provide cooler operation
ELECTRICAL:
Fixture is two circuit.
Circuit 1: Integral Aromat® elec-
tronic metal halide ballasts for 
T4 G8.5 metal halide lamps.
Circuit 2: Integral electronic bal-
lasts for fluorescent lamps.
Lutron® dimming ballasts avail-
able upon request.
Junction box is UL listed for
through branch wiring, for 8 #12,
90°C supply conductors or 60°C for
end of run (access above ceiling
not required).
