This specifies a restore from the A carrier tape device to the A carrier disk
device.

This specifies a restore on the active SPE.

This specifies a restore on the standby SPE.

This specifies a restore on both SPEs. If the MSS on either SPE is
inaccessible, the restore will abort on both SPEs.
