Server-specific installation rules are:

Only the TPM board is used from the available TPM installation kit, see

The metal spacer and the Phillips screw are already installed on the 
baseboard.

Remove the Phillips screw from the metal spacer (A).

Make sure that the metal spacer (A) engages properly in the baseboard.
