■ Place Lid upside

down on a nonabra-
sive surface to
protect the finish and 
attach as shown.

■ Place Lid on Base.

■ Align holes in Top Hinges 

with holes in Bottom 
Hinges then secure with 
Bolt Hardware as shown.

■ Tap one L-7 onto Wheel Axle. (Step 4)

resistance in movement.
