Outline
This instruction executes scaling of the input value using a specified data table, and outputs the result.
SCL (FNC259) is also available with a different data table configuration for scaling.
SCL2 instruction is supported in the FX
3UC
 Series Ver. 1.30 or later.

Explanation of function and operation
1. 16-bit operation (SCL2 and SCL2P)
The input value specified in 
 is processed by scaling for the specified conversion characteristics, and stored to a
device number specified in 
. Conversion for scaling is executed based on the data table stored in a device
specified in 
 and later.
If the output data is not an integer, however, the number in the first decimal place is rounded.
