PREPARATION
Follow package directions.
To reheat, flatten on plate or place in bowl.
Cover with lid or vented plastic wrap. Stir
before serving.
Place in a microwave safe container.
Cover with lid or plastic wrap. After cook-
ing remove from oven, stir, cover, and let
stand 3 minutes before serving.
NOTE: When cooking a 10 oz (284 g)
package of frozen vegetables (this equals
about 1

cups [375 mL]), touch Quantity
pad once for 1 cup (250 mL) of “tender
crisp” vegetables (you cannot enter

cup
[125 mL] amounts) or touch Quantity pad
twice for 2 cups (500 mL) of vegetables
more fully cooked.
Place on microwave safe container. Cover
with paper towel. After cooking remove
from oven carefully.
Place in a microwave-safe container. For
beans, carrots, corn, and peas, add 
1 tablespoon (15 mL) water per cup. For
broccoli, brussels sprouts, cabbage, and
cauliflower, cook immediately after 
washing with no additional water. If you like
tender-crisp vegetables, set the Custom
Cook quantity for half the amount of 
vegetables you are actually cooking. For 
example, when cooking 2 cups (500 mL) of
vegetables, set QUANTITY for 1 cup (250
mL). Cover with lid or plastic wrap. After
cooking, remove from oven, stir, cover, and
let stand 3 to 5 minutes before serving.
Follow package directions.
Pierce hot dogs with a fork and place on 
a microwave safe container. Cover hot
dogs with a paper towel.
Before baking, remember to pierce 
potatoes with a fork several times. After
cooking, wrap in foil and let potato stand 
5 minutes.
