one that best matches the one you want to create) and click on Edit.  Assuming that you chose the 101 
terminal keyboard for U.S. English, the following screen will appear 

 

 

 

Select the key, or key plus modifier (Ctrl, Alt, Shift) to which you want to associate a specific action. 
On the upper half of the window, you can see the keyboard Scan-Code and the default associated 
action. To modify the action, click on Edit
