SPECIFICATIONS:
60" wide gas restaurant range, Vulcan-Hart Model No. G260L.
Stainless steel front, sides, back riser, high shelf and 6"
adjustable legs. Fully enclosed bottom panel to prevent water
damage. Range Top: Six 32,000 BTU/hr. (NAT or PRO) cast
top burners with lift-off burner heads. Burner system has
center pilot with high turn down ratio flame for simmering.
Grates are heavy duty cast, easy lift 12" x 12" front grate and
12" x 14" back grate, porcelainized with built-in aeration bowl.
Unit is standard with a rapid clean stainless steel basin under
the cook top system and front mounted gas shut-off valve for
top burners. Burner knobs are large ergonomically designed
high temperature knobs. Oven: Two 35,000 BTU/hr. standard
ovens with porcelainized interiors that measure  24

with individual thermostats having a range from Low to
550°F. One rack and two rack positions per oven.  Griddle/
Broiler:  
24" wide raised 30,000 BTU/hr. griddle/broiler on the
right Oven doors are heavy duty with no adjustment required
integrated hinge/spring door mechanism and cool touch
handles. 1" rear gas connection and pressure regulator. Total
input 292,000 BTU/hr.
Exterior dimensions: 60"w x 34"d x 57"h with back riser on 6"
adjustable legs. 36" working height.
CSA design certified. NSF approved.
