Swedish Unprotected Coding Characters
When the Swedish character set and the SwedishFldCntrl parameter is set to YES, the unprotected
character positions of a form are identified by coding characters from the following list. The host
application programmer must code these characters into the original form that is sent to the
terminal. The terminal software converts these characters to underscores for operator viewing.
