R: Transmit the Compose Buffer to the Host Computer
Expanded Function R is a message that enables the host to request that the DOS terminal
transmit the compose buffer to the host computer.

This expanded function temporarily interrupts the operator's use of the DOS terminal. The action
is the same as if the DOS terminal operator pressed the [Enter] key.
