Question 11. Why can .mp4 files not be played?

Answer:

The player does not support .mp4 files, but you can use a third party program

like Ulead Video ToolBox2 to convert .mp4 files into .avi files which is

supported by the player.

Question 12. During TV recording, if you pause the recording

then resume, why is there a short blank screen during playback?

Answer:

When you resume a recording after a pause, there may be a huge difference

in the screen between the break, a blank screen occurs after the pause (approx. 1

sec) is normal.
