Note: 
When installing an operating system,
you need to install the infrared
device driver.

To install the infrared device driver for Windows 95, do the following:

Start Windows 95; then go to the MS-DOS command
prompt.

Insert the Infrared Features Diskette into the diskette
drive.

Type 

A:UINSTALL

 and press Enter.

At the “Installation Options” screen, press Enter to
accept the default source drive.

Follow the instructions on the screen.

Select Install Windows ThinkPad Infrared Driver when
you are asked.

Make sure you specify the directory where you have installed
Windows 95 when asked.

You have completed the installation of the infrared device driver.
