Avoiding Hardware Conflicts
Doing a Network Remote Program Load
To do a network remote program load (RPL):

Using the PS2 command or ThinkPad Features program,
check that there is no conflict between the system
resources used by the PC Card and by other devices.

IRQ5 is the default setting used by the Sound Blaster
emulation. To do an Ethernet PC Card RPL, change the
IRQ for the Sound Blaster emulation, or disable it with the
ThinkPad Features program or the

IRQ for the Sound Blaster emulation, or disable it with the
ThinkPad Features program or the

Start Easy-Setup and select the Start Up icon.

Select the Network icon.

the RPL speed.
