Recording Voice Memos
You can record voice memos using the optional Apple Earphones with Remote and
Mic (available for purchase at www.apple.com/ipodstore).
Mic (available for purchase at www.apple.com/ipodstore).
To record a voice memo:

Connect Apple Earphones with Remote and Mic to the iPod nano earphone port.

On the Home screen, tap Voice Memos.
The Record screen appears.

Tap to begin recording.
The status bar shows the elapsed time.

Tap to pause the recording, and tap to resume.
If you use the Apple Earphones with Remote and Mic, you can press the center button
on the mic to pause or resume.
