Known Issues
If the systems message screen displays and the user selects Delete All Messages or
Delete Selected within a very specific interval (that is, on the 60th second of the

toolbar. To correct this, on the front panel, reset the LCM, on RLC login again.

Customers may have issues when trying to save an AutoSupport profile using the
RLC through Internet Explorer 7.
