The BB series wide body carts for CRT style monitors are made in

Bretford’s Chicago area manufacturing facility using union labor.

Wide body CRT TV carts are constructed with “prime” steel which

has a 25% to 35% post-consumer recycled content. All steel

components are recyclable at the end of the product life cycle. Wide

body carts are certified to GREENGUARD Children & Schools Indoor

Air Quality standards.

Optional electrical assembly has six (6) grounded outlets that feature

surge  and  overload  protection,  20  ft.  3-wire  cord  and  two  (2)  3⁄16"

diameter  machine  screws  with  wing  nuts  for  attaching  unit  to  top  or

middle shelf. Electrical unit is included with all “E” and “M” models.

BB44 Wide-Body TV cart has two (2) 18-gauge steel 32"w x 22"d

shelves and one (1) 18-gauge 32"w x 27-1/2"d shelf (to be used as the

bottom or base). Shelves are press formed with a 1⁄8" lip bordering

the top surface on all four (4) sides. Legs fit flush to the shelves and

interlock with mounting brackets for added strength. Each corner has

13-gauge steel mounting brackets with 1⁄4" square head bolts and

hex nuts that tighten to hold leg securely to the shelf. The two (2)

32"w x 22"d shelves have two (2) 3⁄16" diameter holes centered on

both the right side and the left side to accept an optional electrical

assembly. Top shelves have a grommet hole at rear for cord

management. Table legs are 18-gauge 1" square tubular steel. Each

leg is 39-1⁄2" in length and tapered so the top part fastens to a 32"w

x 22"d shelf and the bottom of the leg fastens to a 32"w x 27-1/2"d

base shelf. Each cart includes a pack of CRDMR Cord Minder clips

that snap onto the legs and keeps power and data cables neat and

out of the way. The table stands 44"h from the floor (including the 4"

casters). Leg has hard plastic caster insert mounted in the bottom of

the tube. Each leg has a hard plastic cap detail inserted into the

bottom of the tube. Casters are mar resistant hard black rubber and

measure 4" in diameter. Each caster assembly has ball bearing swivel

capabilities and steel construction. Two (2) have locking brakes.

Constructed using “prime” steel which has a 25% to 35% post-

consumer recycled content and finished in a durable and

environmentally friendly black powder paint. BB44 Wide-Body TV

cart ships knocked down (KD) in one carton pack and are available

to ship via United Parcel Service (UPS).
