The BBUL series carts are constructed using “prime” steel which has

a 25% to 35% post-consumer recycled content. All steel components

are recyclable at the end of the product life cycle. BBUL series carts

are certified to GREENGUARD Children & Schools Indoor Air Quality

standards.

BBULC48 Flat Panel Wide Body Carts have been tested by

Underwriter Laboratories and certified to comply with UL standard

1667 for tall institutional carts and is designated for use with CRT

monitors up to 32" diagonal. Certified for the United States and

Canadian markets.

Optional electrical assembly includes six (6) grounded outlets, 20 ft.

3-wire power cord, cord winder, and surge/overload protection. Units

attach to pre-drilled holes in the top or middle shelf and are UL listed

when attached to the BBULC48 cart. Electrical units are included as

standard on models BBULC48-C4 and model BBULC48-M4.

BBULC48 TV/VCR Cabinet Stand is UL listed shall have one (1) 18

gauge steel shelf 32"w x 22"d. Shelf shall be press formed such that a

1/8" lip shall border the top surface on all four sides. Shelf shall have

two (2) 3/16" diameter holes centered on both the right side and the

left side to accept electrical assembly, unit standard on the

BBULC48-C4. Each shelf corner shall have 13 gauge steel mounting

bracket with 1/4" square head bolts and hex nuts that interlock with

the leg assemblies to hold leg securely to table. Stand shall have

wider bottom cabinet (30"w x 16-3/4"h x 27-1/2"d) of 18 gauge steel

as its base. Cabinet shall have two (2) 20 gauge steel doors 15"w x

163/4"h with recessed handles. Each door shall be attached to a full-

length piano hinge such that it will open 180 º to allow each access to

store equipment. One (1) door shall have lock with 16 gauge steel

locking bar and retaining bracket. Legs shall be of 18 gauge 1" tubular

steel. Each leg is 44" in length and angled such that the top shall

fasten to 32"w x 22"d shelf and the bottom shall fasten to a 30"w x

16-3/4"h x 27"d cabinet. Stand shall be 48"h from the floor (including

4" casters). Each leg shall have a hard plastic caster insert mounted

in the bottom of the tube. Each model is constructed using “prime”

steel which has a 25% to 35% post-consumer recycled content and is

finished in a durable and environmentally friendly powder paint.

Casters shall be mar-resistant black hard rubber and 4" in diameter,

two (2) are fixed and two (2) swivel with a locking brake. Adjustable

SBRT Safety Belt shall be included to hold the monitor to the top

shelf. Optional electrical assembly includes six outlets, 20 ft. 3-wire

cord and two (2) 3⁄16" diameter machine screws with wing nuts for

attaching unit. Unit shall ship knocked down (KD) in one carton such

that it may ship via United Parcel Service (UPS).
