BAKING LAYER CAKES
Baking results will be better if baking pans are centered in the
oven as much as possible. If baking with more than one pan,
place the pans so each has at least 1” to 1
” of air space
around it.
If cooking on multiple racks, place the oven racks in positions 
B
and D.
Place the cookware as shown in Fig.1, 2.

• This chart is only for reference. Adjust cook time according to your preference.
· Do not reduce recipe temperature.

• Be careful not to burn your hands or arms when placing or pulling out pans on the oven racks, specially if
cooking on multiple racks. The oven racks could be hot enough to damage your body while cooking.
