PLANET  unveils  its  latest  4-Channel  MPEG-4  Digital  Video  Recorder, 

DVR-460, which enables the traditional CCTV surveillance systems be 

upgraded to IP network security systems. Supporting up to 4 cameras, 

the DVR-460 is perfectly designed to perform professional and advanced 

security services. Coming with full-featured video data recording, remote 

surveillance over a secure IP network, as well as viewing / recording / 

playback at the same time, the PLANET DVR-460 is now available for full-

time security applications.

The DVR-460 has provided triplex operation of IP surveillance products to 

meet versatile application demands. It can be placed either in the LAN or 

WAN connected with easy-to-remember DDNS feature. With Plug-N-Watch 

capability of web browser, a network administrator or system operator can 

seamlessly complete network deployment in a few minutes.

In various surveillance applications, the DVR-460 is capable of controlling 

PTZ camera via RS-485 interface. With integrated alarm I/O, it can detect, 

record, and ring a siren. The Network DVR can also do motion detection 

and schedule recording to complete surveillance plans.

Securing content stored on hard-disk of digital video recorder systems and 

providing conditional access to manage stored content, the PLANET Digital
