The multiLayerSubnetworkMgr_I operation is used to gain access to subnetworks and their respective

Synopsis
Description
This interface enables an NMS to request a list of edge termination points for the specified subnetwork at
one or more of the NMS-specified layers that are capable of containing CTPs that can be connected at one
or more of the NMS-specified connection layer rates.
