Description
This interface allows an NMS to request all of the transmissionDescriptors that are under the control of
the transmissionDescriptorMgr_I. To allow the NMS to handle a large number of objects, this operation
uses an iterator.
This interface is introduced in Prime Optical to comply with MTNM version 3.0. The current
implementation returns a globaldefs::ProcessingFailureException stating that this API is not supported.
