Security Wizard. A security deployment tool for Unified ICM/CCE, which can be used to
harden the system security, configure Windows firewall, or apply pre-defined IPSec policies
for the Contact Center application. This wizard provides a graphical user interface to execute
Unified ICM/CCE command-line security utilities and simplifies security configuration
through its step-by-step wizard based approach.

Service Control. Lets you stop and start Unified ICM-related services.
Note: Service Control is not available on Administration Client systems.
SSL Encryption Utility. Enables changing the default SSL settings (implemented by the
Cisco Unified ICM/Contact Center Enterprise & Hosted Installer) and further configure
WebView to enable encryption for the entire session, as opposed to only user authentication.
The SSL Encryption Utility contains the functionality to re-generate the self-signed certificate
and replace the IIS installed certificate, as needed.
Administration Tools. Provides shortcut to the 
 folder.
Service Account Manager (SAM). Allows you to manipulate the default service account
creation process.
This provides you with the needed flexibility to:
Either create a new service account or select one created prior to setup.
Enter your own password or let the Unified ICM application generate one for you.
Note: If passwords are changed using an application other than SAM, SAM cannot detect
the changes.
To choose (when applicable) whether or not to update the account in Active Directory
(AD) and use existing AD accounts as Unified ICM service accounts.
Fix service account group membership issues (such as modifying Unified ICM service
account passwords) without recreating accounts or without re-running setup.
Unified System CLI Tool. A command line interface that retrieves diagnostic data (supports
the REST-like RPC-Hybrid interface).
Web Setup. A browser-based application with which Unified ICM/CCE/CCH administrators
and system administrators can manage instances, add and modify Unified ICM/CCE/CCH
components, and manage Unified ICM/CCE/CCH-related system services.
For Windows 2008 R2, the following applications can only be invoked by users who are members
of an instance Setup group, and local Admin group members (which is the default behavior on
Windows 2008 R2). Upon invocation, each application will display the User Account Control
(UAC) dialog with the publisher displayed as “Cisco UCCE”. Afterwards, the user may either
run the application or shut it down. If the publisher is displayed as anything other than “Cisco
UCCE”, the user must not continue to run the application since it may be compromised. If a
