COMBINING MICROWAVES AND THE GRILL
You can also combine microwave cooking with the grill, to cook quickly and brown at the
same time.
ALWAYS use microwave-safe and oven-proof cookware. Glass or ceramic dishes
are ideal as they allow the microwaves to penetrate the food evenly.

Open the door. Place the food on the rack best suited to the type of food to be cooked.
Place the rack on the turntable. Close the door.

COMBINING MICROWAVES AND THE CONVECTION
Combination cooking uses both microwave energy and convection heating.
No preheating is required as the microwave energy is immediately available.
Many foods can be cooked in combination mode, particularly:
• Roast meats and poultry
• Pies and cakes
• Egg and cheese dishes

You can get better cooking and browning, if you use the low rack.

If you would like to know the current temperature of oven cavity, press the Fast

CHOOSING THE ACCESSORIES
Traditional convection cooking does require cookware.
You should, however, use only cookware that you would use in
your normal oven.
