Remove Access Plates for Hard Wire Connections
1.
Remove the two screws that secure the access panels to the PDU assembly as shown
in Fig 3.3.

Install Conduit and Wire to Knock Out Plate
1.
Remove knock out from panel and install wiring, conduit and or strain relief (if
flexible cable is used) as shown in figure 3.4.

Install the assembly back onto the PDU.

Install Wires to Terminal Block
1.
Strip off 3/8 of an inch on each wire and install to the terminal block as shown in Fig. 3.5.
Tighten screws securely. Make sure all wires are securely fastened.
