By ordering FR-M40B Full Facepiece (Small, Medium, Large) and FR-15-CBRN, you get a complete CBRN-approved
system. Or you can combine FR-M40 Full Facepiece (Small, Medium, Large) plus Eyepiece Outserts, Second Skin and
FR-15-CBRN to make a CBRN-approved system. You can also make a CBRN-approved system by combining Full
Facepiece FR-7800B (Small, Medium, Large) with Canister FR-15-CBRN.

Second Skin, Medium/Large FR-M40-6 must be used with the facepiece FR-M40 in order to have a CBRN-approved

system. Failure to use the eyepiece outserts and second skin may result in permeation of warfare agents through the facepiece
and may result in sickness or death.

• The OSHA standard for Hazardous Waste Operations and Emergency Response (HAZWOPER), 29 CFR 1910.120, states that

Level C personal protective equipment (including air purifying respirators) may only be used in areas where lesser levels of skin
and respiratory protection are required.
