High initial and ultimate bond strength; easy to apply; temperature resistant 
(-65° to 200°F/-54° to 93°C); aesthetically pleasing (dark gray); ability to
conform to irregular surface of extruded or milled muntins; ability to tolerate
thermal expansion and contraction; plasticizer resistant.
Product or Process Replaced
A competitive double-coated foam tape had been previously used in 
this application.

Tape 4941 is applied to the cleaned
surface of the muntin and pressurized.  The liner is removed and the taped
muntin is applied and pressurized to the glass.

Long-lasting: Specially formulated adhesive and tape construction provides a
strong, lasting bond between the muntin and the glass.  The viscoelastic
