Subject:
Correction of the Firmware via DFW (D&M Firmware Writer)
Countermeasure is applicable only upon claim from the customer.
Symptom:
Crackling noise on surround back speakers during playback of
DTS-HD-MSTR 6.1 disc (BD "The Descent")
Solution:
We corrected the firmware so that no malfunction occurs.
METHOD OF UPDATIMG the firmware via RS232C.
We will supply the following program files for updating the subject models.
