electrical or electronic equipment.

Field effect transistor.
Freq.
Frequency.
Frequency slew rate
The change in frequency per unit of time.  Given in term of Hz per second (Hz/sec.).
GND
Ground (safety).
Hz
Hertz, frequency measurement unit, 1Hz is one cycle per second.
