To store numbers using the menu,
To store numbers from the last dialed, received, unanswered, scratchpad 
(numbers only) and SMS message locations,
• The symbols *, +, P (pause), # and _ can be stored  with numbers. 
• If the SIM or phone's memory is full, a warning displays when selecting 
the Phone Book.
Free space in the Phone Book
To see how many empty phone book spaces remain in the SIM or phone,
Viewing and calling numbers in the Phone Book
Phonebook entries can be edited, deleted, copied, moved or called or from 
either the phone or SIM. There are two ways to view and call numbers.
To view phone numbers from the standby display,
Press Menu  .
 
Select Phone Book.
Select
 
Store
Select
 
Phone names
 
or
 
SIM names
.
Enter the number and press OK
. Enter the name and 
press OK
. Confirmation of your entry and the remaining 
locations displays.
Press Back   or   to return to the standby display.
Display a number from one of the above, then press  .
Follow the instructions starting with step 2 above.
Press Clear to erase the last character. Press and hold Clear to erase the entire entry.
Press Menu  .
 
Select Phone Book.
Select
 
Remaining and use   or   and   to display the 
remaining memories in the phone or SIM
.
Press Back   or   to return to the standby display.
If available, the free memories in the FDN list will also display.
Press Names   to display the phone book list.
Use   or   and   to scroll through the list.
