Auto Switch On/Off
You can set the phone to turn on or off at a predetermined time.
To set Auto-switch-off or Auto-switch-on,
When Auto-switch-on time arrives, the phone turns on normally.
Enter the phone lock or PIN code if either is requested.
If Auto-switch-off is set, at 1 minute before switch-off time, the screen 
displays  Switch-off in and a countdown timer. Press Back   to cancel 
Auto-switch-off.
If the phone is already turned on or off at Auto-switch-on or off time, the 
phone remains on or off.
Agenda
Store up to 20 agenda events to occur either once, daily, or weekly. Each 
event can be up to 28 text characters in length. Each has the option to be 
stored with a event alarm that can be set to sound at the event time, or in 
increments of 15, 30, or 60 minutes before the event time.
Events can be viewed individually or on a scrolling weekly basis.
Caution
 - Turn off the Auto Switch On feature 
when boarding an aircraft where cellular phone use is not 
permitted.
You can also remove the battery after turning off the phone.

Press Menu  .
 
Select Office Tools.
Select Auto-switch.
Select Auto-switch-off or Auto-switch-on.
Select On or Off.
(If a previous time was entered, then that time displays)
To turn on, Select On. Enter the alarm time using 0 (zero) 
for single digit hours or minutes. Press OK
.
Select am or pm and press Select
.
Stored displays briefly.
Press Back   or   to return to the standby display.
The Auto-switch-off and Auto-switch-on times cannot be the same.
If you’re on a call at Switch-off time, the Switch-off process is postponed until the call is ended.
