When using the remote control, aim it towards the remote sensor on the TV

enter the submenu.

TV channel up/down or select the item of the menu

5. SLEEP               

Set time to change the TV into the standby status after a 
period of preset time.(time is 240/180/120/90/60/45/30/15/0)
