If  your  watch  has  a  plastic  piece  under  the  crown,  gently  remove  it,  press  the  crown  down  to  normal 

position.Refer to the diagram below. Gently pull the crown out to the first click position. The second hand 

will stop when the crown is in the first click position. When in the first click position, turning the crown will 

change  the  minute  and  hour  hands.  Set  the  correct  time,  then  gently  push  the  crown  back  to  normal 

position,  and  the  second  hand  will  begin  moving  again  indicating  normal  operation.  For  models  with  a 

thermomenter, your thermometer is designed to be accurate within plus or minus 3 degrees. 

Avoid exposing your watch to violent shocks, extreme temperatures or water (unless specified as water 
resistant). Do not expose your watch to any chemicals.

The miniature battery powering your watch should last over (1) year. A dead battery should be changed 

right away so that the dead battery does not damage your watch. Replace with an identical size and model 

silver-oxide battery. Dispose of your dead battery safely.

Golden  State  International  warranties  that  it  will  repair  any  failure  due  to  defects  in  materials  and/or 

workmanship free of charge. This warranty is by 

Golden State International, not by the dealer from whom 

it was purchased. This limited warranty does not cover replacement of crystal, battery, band, strap or case. 

Golden State International reserves the right to replace any or all inside components in lieu of repair. This 

warranty does not cover any failure to function properly due to misuse such as water immersion or severe 

shock.  If your watch ever needs service, wrap it carefully in tissue paper or a similar soft material and pack 

it in a mailing carton. Send it via insured Parcel Post to: 

"GSI, P.O. Box 31088, Oakland". Include a brief 

note explaining what is wrong. Be sure to print your name and address clearly. Enclose 

$7.95 to cover the 

cost of return postage and handling. "Do not send cash. Only check or money order accepted."
