CARPET LINER CARE AND USE INSTRUCTIONS
Your new Husky 3D ® carpet cargo liner is custom molded to fit your vehicle. Upon removal from the
box your liner will not completely unroll and lay flat. This is normal and only temporary. Just place the liner
on the floor or in the back of your vehicle with a weight in each corner (a book works well). In a short time,
your liner will remain flat. In colder climates this “relaxing” may take longer; moving the liner to a heated
area will accelerate the process.
Your liner is made from a unique combination of  a lightweight thermoplastic foam and a high quality
automotive grade carpet that is extremely tough and durable. To clean your carpet liners, vacuum first to
remove loose debris and then use a damp sponge to spot clean. If you wish to use a commercial cleaner,
cleaners such as Resolve®, Woolite®, Capture®, or similar products are suggested. Read and follow the care
and use instructions provided with these products. Spot removal is most effective when the soiled area is
treated promptly. Do not use solvent-based cleaners or cleaners containing bleach as these may discolor your
carpet.
Your 3D® cargo liner comes with a lifetime warranty. For detailed warranty information or to see other
products we have available for your vehicle, please see our web site,

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS FOR YOUR 2003 FORD EXPEDITION
AND 2003 LINCOLN NAVIGATOR CARPET 3D CARGO LINER
YOUR CARGO LINER IS DESIGNED SO
THAT IT CAN BE USED IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE FOLDING
60/40 THIRD ROW SEATS. AS THE
SEATS CAN BE FOLDED
INDIVIDUALLY, THE CARGO LINER
IS SPLIT, ALLOWING THE
INDIVIDUAL OPERATION OF THE
SEATS. THE CARGO LINER WILL
FOLD UP WITH THE SEATS AND DOES
EXTEND SLIGHTLY ABOVE THE SEAT
BACKS (WHEN THEY ARE IN THE
UPRIGHT POSITION). HOWEVER, IT
DOES NOT BLOCK THE LINE OF
SIGHT. NOTE: DUE TO THE DESIGN
ALLOWING THE LINER TO WORK
WITH ONE OF BOTH SEATS FOLDED
UP, THE CARGO LINER DOES NOT
EXTEND FULLY TO THE BACK OF
THE SECOND SEATS WHEN THEY
ARE FOLDED FLAT.
