Panasonic KX-P8420 Operating Guide

When the printer driver is installed, specify the optional devices installed on 
your printer to enable use of options relating to those devices.

From the Start menu, choose Settings >Printers.

Select the 

 

printer icon and select 

Properties from the File menu.

Click the Device Options >Options tab, and specify the 
devices installed on the printer.

Feeder—Select if an optional 500 sheet feeder is installed.

Select if an optional hard disk drive is installed

For each, select from the Available Options list and 
click Add to move the option to the Installed Options 
list. 

Click Apply and OK.
