Taskbar Icon

If the Device Monitor is minimized, an indicator icon appears in the task bar showing the current status of the 
selected printer.

The indicator icon can represent the following six conditions.

 

The printer is ready to print.

 

A warning is present on the printer.

 

An error occurred on the printer.

 

Power Save The printer is in the power saving mode.

 

The printer has been turned off.

 

The condition of the printer is unknown.

Positioning the mouse cursor over the indicator icon displays the printer's 

Model Name and Interface information.
