• 0 should not be used at the initial value of IP address. For example, if the IP address is 5,

enter the number 5 (05 or 005 is wrong). If it is 0, 0 is right, but 00 or 000 is wrong.

First install the Network Setup Tool by using the printer CD-ROM and then set up TCP/IP of
the printer.

If the Network Setup Tool is already installed, click

Insert the printer CD-ROM into the CD-ROM drive.

 

The CD-ROM launches automatically.
